ISO 9001 Gap Analysis: What Steps and Documents Do We Need for Certification?

It would be great if you could help me with how to conduct a Gap Analysis for the ISO 9001 standard and the steps an organization needs to take to fulfill the requirements to obtain an ISO certificate. What documents or procedures do we need to prepare when applying for an ISO certificate?

Can you share with me what the nature of the organization is? There are a few mandatory processes to be followed and a few optional departmental processes to be followed. You may have to prepare some of the templates for documentation and should follow. You should plan for organizational policies, quality policy, etc. You have to prepare the quality manual.
