How Do I Transfer an Employee's PF Account and Salary Register to a New Office Location?

Procedure for Shifting PF Account and Salary Register

I am working as a Senior Executive in HR at a Manufacturing Organization in Delhi. One of my employees previously worked at our Delhi office, so we maintained his PF account there. However, he has now shifted to our Noida office. What is the procedure to shift his PF account to Noida? Also, where should I maintain his salary register, at the Delhi office or the Noida office? Additionally, please advise me on the necessary documentation required for this process. Your guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

PF registration is legal entity-wise. For the same legal entity, location doesn't matter.

Register of wages is a specific requirement of the Wages Act and CLRA. As Delhi and Noida follow two different state rules (Delhi and UP respectively), such registers are required to be maintained separately in branches.
