I am starting to work on an HR Dashboard and need help with the same. I request you to kindly share a few points that I can incorporate into my Dashboard Presentation. Also, if you have a ready presentation, kindly share it for easy reference.

Types of HR Dashboards

Whether you are preparing a Recruitment Dashboard or a Manpower-related Dashboard, each serves a distinct purpose.

A Recruitment Dashboard contains all information about positions, such as vacant positions, filled positions, skill-wise and experience-wise positions, etc. On the other hand, a Manpower-related Dashboard may include age-wise distribution of manpower, education-wise distribution, experience-wise distribution, gender-wise manpower strength, demographic-wise analysis, and so on.

You can add many other elements depending on your requirements. A dashboard will greatly assist you in the future.
