I am working in a textile-based laundry. We have employed labor contract workers under the unskilled category. Please share the forms and formats that need to be maintained for the employee's personal file under the labor contract.

I presume your contractor has an employee register with all details of the contractual arrangement and that he has a valid license. Apart from that, all registers in accordance with sections 15 to 22 need to be maintained. Half-yearly returns need to be submitted within the specified timeline. Evidence of remittance of PF dues along with WC or ESIC (whichever is applicable) needs to be maintained.
