Hello everyone, we give a percentage growth based on performance to employees. However, we are facing issues. For example, there are candidates from 2 levels. One is low paid (2 lacs PA) and one is high paid (8 lacs PA). Their performance scores are the same, say 80%, and according to the formula, we would give them a 30% hike. But the one who has a lower salary would benefit much less. How can I devise a way to compensate for this so that the lesser-paid employee also receives a significant hike? Please advise.
