Seeking Advice on Transitioning to a Day Shift Job
I have a question. I am an MBA (HR & Marketing) professional working as a US IT recruiter for the past 5 years, predominantly during the night shift. Working for US staffing firms brings in good salaries and incentives. However, due to health concerns, I am unable to sustain long hours during night shifts. Besides, I am married and have a young child. I am contemplating transitioning to a day shift for a healthier lifestyle.
Can anyone offer advice on whether switching to a day shift job is advisable? If so, what kind of job should I pursue, and how should I communicate my preference for daytime roles in my job search? Whenever I upload my resume on job portals, I receive calls from US IT sourcing professionals but no responses from employers offering daytime positions.
Thank you.
