Do Indian and Foreign MNCs in India Offer Diwali Bonuses? Let's Discuss!

I would like to know, do the Indian-based MNCs (software companies) and the other country MNCs in India give Diwali Bonuses? Awaiting your responses.

Most of the MNC companies give bonuses to employees during the Diwali festival based on the company's net profit for the financial year. According to the Bonus Act amendment of 2010, employees whose basic salary is below or equal to Rs.10,000/- are eligible to receive a bonus if they have worked in the establishment for not less than thirty working days in that year.

Note: No need to give a bonus for Diwali 2012.
