Can someone tell me what sort of training is required in the banks as i have an interview for a trainer so i want to know what kind of trainings are required for bank employees?
Generally Banks require soft skills that includes communication skills, team building , customer relationship management , interpersonal skills etc.training programmes to take care of their customers with team spirit.
