How Do I Get an ESI Sub-Code for Our New Branch in Aurangabad, Maharashtra?

We have one head office in M.P. state. There was no ESI coverage. However, we have recently started a branch office in Aurangabad, Maharashtra state. Please suggest how we can obtain a sub-code from Aurangabad, Maharashtra. Could someone provide me with the guidelines?
