Dear sir
we have one head office in M.P. state.there were no ESI coverage.But we have recently started branch office in aurangabad maharashtra state.please suggest me how we get sub code from aurangabad maharashtra .Please any one tell me guideline .

1. Sir, kindly intimate whether your Head Office in MP is situated at a place which is implemented area for ESI purposes. If it located in non-implemented area, please confirm. If possible also name the place where your Head Office is located.
2. How many numbers of persons are employed in your Branch Office situated in Aurangabad (Maharashtra) ?
