Curious About Probation Periods in IT? Share What Your Company Does!

Hello,

I am working as an HR executive in a medium-sized IT company in Bangalore. We are looking to revise our probation period from 3 months to maybe 6 months or so, but need information about what the probation periods companies are currently implementing. I would be grateful if somebody could help me by providing the probation periods of a few product-based IT companies so I can present the data to my manager.

Hi Aniket,

Many of the IT companies are following a probation period of 6 months, and few are following 1 year as well. We follow a 6-month probation period.
