How Can Employers Benefit from India's 2016 UAN Scheme Incentives?

The Government of India has notified an incentive scheme for employers, whereby complying organizations will be able to get a refund as per the scheme's provisions and upon completion of the targets defined therein. The scheme shall remain effective for the calendar year 2016 only.

This notification is not available in the public domain or on the EPFO official website, but it is already in force. Therefore, the EPFO should circulate it to all complying establishments so that the UAN scheme can reach the desired level of acceptance and implementation.
