Need The Format Of The Releaving Letter Of A BPO Org

sir,
i have worked for a domestic call center for more than 2 and half years.
the problem the me is that i left the company wth out the releving letter
in my hands and now wth my exp i have attend interviews and got selected
however the set back is i dont have the releaving letter wth me and it is creating a hell of problems for me. now i understood the importance of the releaving letter and i need your assistence to get rid of this problem.
so i request you to kindly forward me a format of releaving letter which most of the bpo companys accept .

Some companies prepare the rlving letters and exp ct in their own letter head paper.. is there is any prblm if i fail to get in that format ??
