I have worked for a domestic call center for more than 2 and a half years. The problem for me is that I left the company without the relieving letter in my hands. Now, with my experience, I have attended interviews and got selected. However, the setback is I don't have the relieving letter with me, and it is creating a lot of problems for me. Now, I understand the importance of the relieving letter, and I need your assistance to get rid of this problem.

So, I request you to kindly forward me a format of a relieving letter that most of the BPO companies accept.

Some companies prepare the resolving letters and expect them to be on their own letterhead paper. Is there any problem if I fail to adhere to that format?
