How Can I Recover Unpaid Salary from a Politically Influential Employer?

CheatedEmployee
I was employed by a private limited company and was never paid my salary properly. Eventually, their salary dues towards me have amounted to Rs. 49,250, and the employer has refused to pay the amount, so I left the organization. I made a complaint to this effect with the local police station, but the employer used political power. Next, I went to the Police Commissioner's office, but he has still not been taken to task. Can somebody help me get my money from this cheating employer? Please send me your suggestions at [Email Removed For Privacy Reasons].
