Employer Cheats Employee

I was employed by a private limited company and was never paid salary properly. Eventually their salary dues towards me has amounted to Rs.49250 and the employer has refused to pay the amount and i left the organisation. I made a complaint to this effect with the local police station and he used political power and next i went to the Police Commissioner's office and he has still not been taken to task. Have you visited the Labour Commissioner office?
Send him a legal notice for dues.

Gather your relevant document and send it to regional labor office with a copy to ILO Geneva. send the copy of your letter and relevant document to all relevant department

Pls Mention the Name of Such Employer.... Let People Know Their Name ....Atleast Some more Employees or Prospective Candidates for the Organisation will be benifited
