PF - process for transferring PF amount from the previous account to existing PF account using UAN number?

You have to activate your UAN to transfer your pf amount from previous account to current account.
Below the links and steps to initiate your transfer :
1) http://uanmembers.epfoservices.in/ (Required UAN to login)
Home page -> Transfer Claim -> File Transfer -> ok -> http://memberclaims.epfoservices.in/ (Registration required)
Home Page -> Claim -> Request for transfer to account
Fill the mandatory fields and Initiate the transfer. Take a print and send it to previous employer/current employer.

I am working in my current organization now for about 1 year 10 months and my UAN is created here in this company. Now I need to know, after how many days will I be able to receive my UAN physical card. They haven't yet given me any sort of form or anything I guess which might be required to be filled up in view of processing the physical/hard copy of my UAN card.

That would mean that there is an UAN number but there is no second number or account related in this process. There is only 1 account or UAN number right ?

I do not think there is a UAN Card.
It's an account number. You do not get an identify card in PF.

what if previous employer had not contribute pf in employee pf account? then after also same UAN will accept present employer? pls clear...

At present there is no provision in UAN Portal to transfer.
you go at - http://members.epfoservices.in/employee_reg_form.php
update the employee details in member portal
then login on - http://memberclaims.epfoservices.in/
Claim -------> Request For transfer of account
and update the transfer details through online Employee.
Then the Transfer Claim is forward to Previous & Present Employer Portal.
Both employers approved the Transfer claim with Digital Signature. the Transfer is complete within 10 Days.
You May also check the status in Member portal.

My previous companies is not transferring my PF to current employer since 10 months which is PF trust. Several mails sent to transfer but they are not transferring
