Need Help Finding Tamil Nadu Minimum Wages for 2015-2016 in Construction Industry?

I would be glad if anyone can help me with Tamil Nadu Minimum wages for 2015-2016 category-wise, i.e., Skilled, Semi-Skilled, and Unskilled for the Construction Industry.

Hi All,

As per the new court order, the tailoring part in the Hosiery department has to follow G.O. (2D) No. 59, Labour and Employment (J1) Department dated 10.10.2014, published in December 2014. I have a few doubts about it:

1. Is there any new order passed by the High Court?
2. What if the said G.O. is not applicable? Will the worker not be entitled to arrears until the time when the new notification (Hosiery) was introduced?

Please provide valuable information regarding the same.
