gone through your content, My advise is that:
you have extensive experience of 3+ years, but as i am have been in the market for about 5 years i suggest you that, if you can shift your field from recruiter to technical side would be better. A Technical HR related field is a good one of choice, because growth exclusively in recruiter side field is not good enough, so learn one or more technologies as per your interest and check the possibilities of technical HR side. put your efforts on one particular technologies for about 3 months and up your resume in any job portal would brings you a definete career in technical hr side.
