Section 192(2d) - Rules Notified? - Xls Download

Finance Act 2015 inserted Section 192(2D) with effect from June 1, 2015 regarding prescribed form and manner in which to obtain evidence or proof or particulars from employees of prescribed claims (such as deductions under section 80C), for computing TDS. Has this prescribed form and manner been notified?

You can refer CBDT Circular 20/2015 dated 02-02-2015 regarding TDS from Salaries. But in that circular also no formats were prescribed. You can use the attached form for collecting details from employees.
