My Performance Is Good Or Bad ?? Please...let Me Know

Hai friends..
This is Hanuma.SOme of you knew me and some Don't know.I am Student , studying B.tech 1st year in Bapatla Engineering College,Bapatla-AndhraPradesh...
I have been posting some articles , jokes , images , motivational stories etc. in this site for the last 3-4 months.
I want to know , if they are good and informative or wasting time.
Do i need to change the way i post?? If so what I need to change ??

see that you post it in the correct section.
It is upto the members to read it or not.
If your joke is in Humour section and if some member objects it the member is to blame.
If you post you joke, in a section wherein serious discussions are expected then you are to blame.

Dhameja..i dont want any popularity...Popularity only can be attained by decent posts.. I did not post this for popularity ... you are mistaken...By the way, i get nothing from being popular in this site.. i am student...I just joined this site to promote my sisters consultancy...Of course i am getting knowledge, I dont deny that fact...

Actually its somewhat different that you being an engineer having interest in HR,, still no problem with that, as long as u can learn and share something keep posting :P :P

i am not a engineer as of now, i will arrive on the big screen in four years....after that i am planning to do mba in hr....
