All companies need to give 2 % salary increment to all employees next month as per latest bill passed (because of the rupee value hike). Finance Minister P.Chidambaram has approved and it comes to immediate effect from 1st November 2007. The bill also mentions that all HR employees be provided 15 days of casual leave every year.
