I have worked for top MNCs in the blackened process with 4 years of experience. My last employment lasted about 1 year. I faced health problems, took a 2-week leave, returned to the office within 2 days, and then encountered further issues that led to hospitalization. The doctor advised me against eating in hotels due to bladder stone formation. Consequently, I decided to resign to focus on my health. However, my manager, located in a different state, did not accept my resignation. Despite explaining my situation, she doubted me and asked if I had found a new job. Around the same time, two seniors in my team had resigned, prompting the company to recruit 3 new employees who I was supposed to train. My manager's refusal to accept my resignation led to a misunderstanding, with the company assuming I had absconded. Now that my health has improved, I am job hunting again. Unfortunately, I do not have an experience certificate as my company cited my failure to serve the notice period and the assumption of absconding as reasons for denial.
