Training As A Course Change

I intend to get into the field of training. I am already pursuing ISTD. Diploma and love to learn.Other certifications I have are lean sigma green belt,Microsoft specialist in exel10, be electronics and pgdm.I call it a course chng bec. Have been in banking for 10 years. How do I take my first step towards my wish of being a trainer

You shall get experience as a trainer now. If you feel confident of your training skills, approach some NGOs and institutes where you can impart some sessions and gain some experience. This shall also help you to hone your skills.
