Transitioning from Banking to Training: How Do I Start My Journey as a Trainer?

I intend to get into the field of training. I am already pursuing ISTD Diploma and love to learn. Other certifications I have are Lean Sigma Green Belt, Microsoft Specialist in Excel 2010, BE in Electronics, and PGDM. I call it a course change because I have been in banking for 10 years. How do I take my first step towards my wish of being a trainer?

You shall gain experience as a trainer now. If you feel confident in your training skills, approach some NGOs and institutes where you can conduct sessions and acquire experience. This will also help you hone your skills.
