Starting an Ayurvedic Clinic: What HR and Labor Laws Should We Know About?

We are planning to start an Ayurvedic Treatment clinic with a 30-40 bed capacity. What HR and labor statutory measures do we need to ensure before commencing operations? What staff registers must we maintain, and what registrations are required in relation to HR?

As you required HR statutory compliance of labor, if you have more than twenty staff on your company payroll, then you have to be liable for many types of registrations like PF/ESIC/MLWF/WCP/MW/PT and operating various registers. All your HR labor statutory measures depend upon the number of employees.
