Dear Aaron,
Congratulations for the new assignments..
Yes, you may provide the salary certificate instead of salary slip to the new organisation..
It is also that much valid..

Hi,
AS per your conditions please consult with your next employer so that the document must address your requirement. If they are ok with it then you don't need a second opinion.
Salary certificates as much valid as a pay slip is.So don't worry. But make sure that you submit your experience letter and relieving letter to the new employer along with the salary certificate.

Thank you for your valuable replies.
Can you please send a format of salary certificate and also mention whether the salary per month or per annually should be mentioned in the certificate.
Always thankful
Aaron

Dear Mehak,
While you have not mentioned any details, I suggest if the future Company is good & you are excited to join there, then you be open & transparent with the HR Department. There is nothing wrong to state that you have been working on salary-on-cash basis. By hiding or with-holding some information, even if true or forging documents, you may stand to lose your precious offer.
Be Transparent and honest. You will be rewarded in long term.
