Even though the payment of bonus act has been amendment, according to this article <link outdated-removed> , it says that the amendment has not been been passed retrospectively and the kerala high court has said that the amendment shall be implemented from Financial Year 2015-16. Can someone clarify this for me??

If employer is not pay bonus amount of Employee. Who will work till 30th Sept, 2018, So he entitled bonus amount, but employer is not any responds and not to pay amount, If he will do employee.
Pls share valuable suggestion...
