Preparing for an Assistant Manager HR Interview: What Should I Focus On?

I am going to attend an interview for Assistant Manager HR (Recruitment). Please suggest some tips on the topics I can prepare for the interview and the type of questions I can expect from the panel. Currently, I am working as a Senior Executive in recruitment and have 5 years of experience.

I would like to share a few tips to prepare for an interview:

a) Go through the entire details of the company.
b) Review the job description again and again to determine where you fit best.
c) Revise your achievements.
d) Show your passion to work for that company.
e) Practice your body language.
f) "Tell me about yourself." Your answer to this question should be between 90 - 180 seconds.
g) Practice, practice, and practice for the interview.
h) What addition will you bring to the company if selected?
