Transfer Of Registration Of PF

Dear Professionals,
Our prop. firm has PF and ESIC registration with PF and ESIC Aurangabad (Maharashtra)
Now Propr. firm has converted into Company , and same time change its registered office in buldhana District Maharashtra
So plz confirm whether PF and ESIC registration will applicable to this region or share the list of region where its applicable?
and what is the procedure for conversion of prop. firm to company on PF and ESIC documents reg. certificate and

When you change your registered office, you have to make changes to your MoA . Submit the changed documents (copies) along with a letter to the all the compliance offices (PF and ESIC) . That should sort your out.
