You need to firstly capture the company's requirements - which trainees (graduate or management), for which departments, and how many. Then, finalize the budget for this activity. Develop a hiring policy along with written tests and an interview process. Your future activities will include:

- Shortlisting campus locations
- Scheduling and arranging campus interviews
- Handling the HR interview process
- Completing joining formalities for shortlisted trainees
- Monitoring performance and final deployment of trainees.
