Be patient. It's not a job that will take just a few days. You will have to wait for the completion of the phases of the proposal journey, which includes drafting the amendment bill, obtaining approval from the cabinet, presenting and passing the bill in both houses of Parliament, and finally receiving the assent of the President of India for the Amendment Act to take shape and be notified.

You seem to have overestimated the period of enactment to a large extent. You can expect the bill to be passed before the next general election of the Parliament.
