Should I Join Robosoft Technologies

I recently got an offer from Robosoft technologies. But when I gone through the reviews of company in glassdoor.com , I'm in total confusion that to join the company or not. I tried to reach the hr to know what are my roles and responsibilities, but he is not responding like when he answers the call he says he will mail me all the details and I receive no mail from him.

What were the reviews that you got on glassdoor? You visited the company yourself during your interview process, did you feel pleasant? What is the strength of that company? Last but not least, regarding what exactly you tried reaching out to the HR????
