Employee Termination Without Notice And Reason For Termination

my cousin has joined a new company 10 days ago, the company has not given the joining letter till date and yesterday the project manager came and ask the whole team to start finding the new job as this project is getting closed. now his career has reuin my carrer. can i file a case aganist the company

Please ask your cousin to find some other job, you can file case against them but it is long process.

As discussed earlier also in this forum, please check the credentials of the company before joining. With regards to your filing a legal case will not fetch more since you are in probation period, please check the probationary clause of your company. They may terminate you without any notice if the clause says so. It is advisable to search a good job instead of wasting time and money in legal tangles.
