Career Dilemma: Should I Move from My First Job to a New Role with Google?

Currently, I am working as a Recruiter with an MNC. This is my first job, and I joined in the last week of August 2015. I have an offer from Cognizant to work on a project for Google at the Google office. The position title is 'Senior Process Executive' and involves talent mapping with the client. Not considering the monetary aspects, should I go for this role?

What will happen after the project is over?

No doubt working for Google is a great thing, but you need to consider all aspects - self-development, longevity of the job, and development of skills.
