Feeling Lost on Creating an HR Manual and PF Process for a Growing Team? Need Your Guidance!

Hi all, I joined a company that was established in December 2013 under the Karnataka Shops and Establishment Act. It's a finance and brokerage company. They selected me as HR, and it has been two months since I started. My CEO has instructed me to create an HR Manual for the company. Currently, there are around 21 employees, and we plan to hire more this year. The CEO mentioned that once we reach 25 employees, we need to start the PF process, so I need to be prepared with all the necessary procedures. I am feeling quite confused because I don't have any senior colleagues to seek advice from. I have no idea where to begin with the HR Manual and PF procedures. Can anyone please help me? I am unsure of where to find PF forms and how to create the manual. What are the essential aspects to include, and how should I initiate the PF process? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. I have downloaded several PDFs on this matter, but they are all rather confusing, and now I am feeling very stressed as I am unable to grasp where to start. How do I proceed to report to the labor office? With no one here to guide me, I am relying completely on your advice. I am eager to bring about positive changes in my company! Hi,

As per the EPF & MP Act, once the employment strength reaches 20, it is mandatory to register with EPF. You also have to enroll with ESI.
