During the previous year, I applied for two exams: one at a PSU and the other at a central government organization. At the time of application, I was not employed. The result of the PSU exam came out quickly, and I joined it. Now, after joining the PSU, the result of the written exam for the government organization has been released. I want to attend the interview for this organization, but I do not want to inform my current job bosses. If my seniors find out, they might not treat me well, as this is a serious issue in the department. In this situation, how should I proceed?

During the interview, they will inquire about my current activities. How should I address this question? Should I disclose my current job? Do I need a No Objection Certificate (NOC) in this scenario? Some individuals have mentioned that an NOC may not be necessary since I applied before joining.

If I do not obtain an NOC, will it be possible to transfer the bond? Please note that during the joining process, I specified in my HR declaration form that I had applied for a position at this organization.
