New to HR - How can I successfully Finish my Task and Work?

Dear All, We have started a Company just a month ago and our team has assigned HR Tasks to Me, I am not an MBA HR Graduate, But I am open to Learning - can anyone guide me - How can I successfully Finish my Task and Work.
