However, I suggest that you also discuss the issue with the Branch Office to which your employees are required to be registered. I am not sure about the present online procedure for the generation of TICs, but if the ESI dispensary to which the employees are registered is different from the place of their work, then they will face difficulties in getting medical treatment and also difficulties in obtaining benefits, including TDB/PDB in case of accidents, if any.
