Can anyone tell me, if Basic + DA is higher than 7000 then how will we calculate bonus?
e.g. Basic + DA = 7400 + 3857 = 11257 then bonus of particular month is 11257 x 8.33% = 938
or 7000 x 8.33% = 583
Let me know please.
