IT Attrrition Rate

Can anyone tell me about current attrition rate in IT companys....and non IT companies...please help.........

hai..this is the prime factor in the modern age , leading to development of some individuals and at the same time causing great loss to IT and Non It companies...
people are being offered hikes in salary and are also tasting the smell of foreign offers...
They are migrating from one company to another . And this will continue as long as they feel that they can get more incentives and more pleasures..
Working hours is also another cause for attrition...
no.of employees left/ total no.of employees*100 gives you attrition rate..

ya sure...i want to know the top 10IT companies attriton rate so that i can compare itwith mine......and reach to a normal trend of attrition rate in IT industry.....I hope now i am clear

I think no company will reveal the attrition rate in their company...
What do you say?? Would you announce it that our comapany is currently having ...% of attrition..?

I know that some Business mag. conducts the surves on this kind of data they collect it from various companies and speaks about the current market attrition rates in variuos sectors like BPO and IT .... but i am not able to get it ..still i am in search hence put in this request if any one can get me this information for the Analysis purpose I need this....anywaysss thanks for your quick reply .

Hope the current attrion rate in IT industry is 33% if this is wrong pls let me know the right figure.
