Last year, I did not receive my increment, and everyone is telling me I am a hard worker and sincere. I am dealing with other colleagues who also have good manners. I will do my work sincerely and honestly and complete it in a timely manner. In my division, two of them are not getting an increment. I do not know how to move or discuss this with my manager.
