SWOT analysis while selecting a candidate may be of great help. SWOT of hiring the candidates must be analyzed because one's strengths and weaknesses may become assets or burdens to the organization. Therefore, this must be meticulously observed at the time of the interview. With this end in view, the following things may be assessed:

1) Past achievements
2) Credibility
3) Commitment to work
4) Empathy
5) Most importantly, his/her ATTITUDE
