Benefits During Maternity Leave For ESI And Out Of ESI

I would like to know the detailed standard practices that need to be followed by the employer and employee during maternity leave:

a) When she is covered under ESI
b) Out of ESI when her salary is more than INR 15,000/-

Sir, you want to know about "Detail Standard Practice". I could not follow as to what is meant by the term "detail standard practice". I will request you to please elaborate on any specific legal or procedural point relating to the ESI Act, 1948, rules/regulations framed thereunder, and under the Maternity Benefit Act, 1961 so that seniors/experts may be in a position to offer their comments.
