Benefits During Maternity Leave For ESI And Out Of ESI

Dear Crew, Would like to know the Detail Standard Practice need be follow by the Employer & Employee - During Maternity Leave a) When she cover Under ESI b) Out of ESI when her salary more than INR 15,000/-. Sir, you want to know about "Detail Standard Practice". I could not follow as to what is meant by said term "detail standard practice". I will request to please elaborate any specific legal or procedural point relating to ESI Act, 1948, rules/regulations framed thereunder and under the Maternity Benefit Act, 1961 so that seniors/experts may be in a position to offer their comments..
