I work with an IT firm in the Administration Department. Do not worry; there's no charge on it. It's just a normal exchange of my experience in the administration field covering some parts related to HR as well. If you need any advice on admin practices, please drop me an email at lacasamanagement@gmail.com.

Dear Sir,

How are you? I was suspended in the HR Dept. from August 2015 due to some allegations. Afterward, I acknowledged all the issues. The problem arose when some amount was credited to two accounts, which was rectified a few days later. Despite all verifications, the management has decided to terminate me. However, I wish to request them not to take that step; ideally, I would prefer to resign. As of now, the termination letter has not been issued, and prior to that, I would like to extend my apologies to the management for the final time. Otherwise, my 8-year career in banking and my life, along with my family, would be jeopardized.

If you could assist me in drafting a polite request letter, I believe I can take some constructive action. Please help me. I would be immensely grateful to you. My mind is not functioning properly. Please... email: moshiur_10@yahoo.com

Thank you for your kind cooperation. I will be waiting for your response.

Re: HR and Admin websites

Dear Sir,

How are you? I was suspended from the HR Department in August 2015 due to some allegations. Afterward, I agreed to all the issues. The problem arose when some amount was mistakenly credited to two accounts and was later rectified within a few days. Despite all verifications, the management has decided to terminate me. However, I would like to request them not to take that step and I am willing to resign instead.

As of now, the termination letter has not been issued, but before it happens, I want to apologize to the management for the final time. Otherwise, my 8-year banking career, as well as my life and family, could be jeopardized. If you could assist me by drafting a polite request letter, I believe I may be able to make some progress. Please help me. I would be forever grateful to you. My mind is not functioning properly. Please... email: [email address]

Thanks for your kind cooperation. I will be waiting for your response.

Best regards,
