Can Employees Continue ESIC Coverage After Earning Over Rs. 15,000? What About Family Benefits?

Dear Sir/Madam,

As we know, ESIC facility is not available after the salary reaches Rs. 15,001 and onwards. However, if an employee requests to continue ESIC with their own contribution, what are the rules, and does their family also get the coverage? Please reply to inform others.
