I need your advice and support to help my daughter make a career choice. The options she is considering are Human Resources (HR) or Company Secretary (CS). She has completed the first group of CS but took a break before pursuing it further. Meanwhile, she has also considered entering the field of HR. She has applied for HR administration in Winnipeg, Canada, and her start date is in May 2016.

Currently, my daughter is feeling confused about which path to choose. She is uncertain about which field would offer better job opportunities for her. Additionally, I would appreciate guidance on whether her job prospects in India would be favorable if she decides to return after working in Winnipeg, or if it would be better for her to continue staying abroad.
