Forced Resignation On Performance Issue

I am working in Construction company from last 3 years
Now company asking me to resign based on my performance
All communication done by worbaly there is no written communication (I have started my job carrier in this company only selected in campus interview)
What if I refuse to resign how to i respond in this situation

You have stated that they are asking you to resign based on your failure to perform.
Since you have not stated otherwise, I assume your performance is below required level.
If you resign, they can terminate you.
If you have a termination letter, specifically if it says terminated for bad performance, you will find it more difficult to get another job.
