Visit the TNPCB office with your earlier consent order copy, they will ask you to submit the list of documents like accounts statements, trade wastes, water consumption related documents and submit the same with consent fees. They will upload the same in the online portal and renew it.

The procedure to renew your consent is specified in the pollution control board website.
The relevant forms are given, as is the renewal fees.
I hope you have filed form V under EPRA and form IV under hazardous waste rules as they will ask for the same.
