Employer Refusing to Sign PF Form – How Can I Resolve This Issue?

My name is Bhushan. I am working at Aquamech Engineering Corporation in Vashi, Mumbai. I have decided to leave my job. However, the employer has not signed the PF form. What should I do?

There is a recent notification from the PF office that employees can claim PF directly without the employer's signature, provided that the employees' details such as AADHAR number and bank account number have been seeded in their UAN, and the UAN should be activated and verified by the employer using a digital signature.

If you fulfill the above condition, you can directly claim the PF without the employer's signature; otherwise, the employer's signature is needed.

If your employer is not signing your PF withdrawal forms, in such case, you may get the signature of the bank manager of your bank with whom you are having an account.

P.F. statement for the last year is not required to be submitted along with this application. Please clarify.

Recently, the PF department released UAN-based 19 and 10C forms which do not require an employer's signature. The condition is that the candidate must have activated their UAN and needs to upload their AADHAR card and bank account details in the UAN portal. You can go through it.

Now there is no need to have your previous employer sign. You can fill out the UAN-based withdrawal claim form and then submit it to the PF office.

Issue with PF Form Signatures

All documents submitted to the PF office with the signature of the bank manager require the employer's signature. However, the employer did not sign Form 10 and Form 19. What should I do? I do not understand.
