What does discharge from duty mean??

Sir,Diciplinary authority has given order stating that you have been discharged from service.There is no mention about my terminal benefits.etc.The order is given after domestic enquiry for the 3 charges proved by the management(They say),but strong objections were filed through my union but they have not considered our objections and Appelite authority also upheld the charges./diciplinary authority order.I have left with no option except making appeal in court.

What were the charges?
What is the supporting evidence for the charge?
Did you record your statement?
Did you get opportunity to cross examine witnesses, produce document in your support?
