Left Job Without Relieving Letter: Can I Still Withdraw My PF and How?

veena.p.k
Dear Sir,

I worked for 3 months and 15 days in a BPO company as an associate. Due to some personal reasons, I left that job in December 2015. Although I sent a resignation letter via email to my immediate supervisor, I have absconded, and therefore, I did not receive a relieving letter. Am I still eligible to claim the PF amount? If yes, could you please guide me on the procedure and how I can proceed?

Thank you.

Thank you for the information, sir. Could you please guide me on how to claim my PF amount? Do I need to approach the company, or can I go directly to the PF office? Kindly provide me with a brief explanation of the procedures.

Thank you.

Go to the below link and download the forms and submit the same: [EPFO || DOWNLOADS EXTENSION](http://www.epfindia.com/site_en/Downloads_extn.php?link=Form19.pdf%23UAN-Based_Form19.pdf&purpose=To+be+submitt ed+by+a+member+to+withdraw+his+Provident+Fund+dues +on+leaving+service%2F+retirement%2F+termination).

If you have a UAN number with bank account details and Aadhaar card already linked, you can submit the UAN-based form to the EPFO office directly. Employer consent is not required.

If you don't have these details, download the other form and submit it to your company. They will sign and submit it to the EPF office, and your payment will be credited within 5 to a maximum of 20 days.

I have corrected the spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors and ensured proper paragraph formatting with single line breaks between paragraphs.
