I have over 3 years of experience in the HR segment and 8 years of experience in other areas such as Pre & Post sales. Now, I would like to transition my career into Human Resources. I have a strong understanding of OD, recruitment processes, compensation benefits, training & development, employee relations, MIS, budgeting & reporting, succession planning, etc., suitable for a mid-level position in HR despite currently holding a managerial role in my current field. Can you please advise on how companies would evaluate my experience (relevant or total)?
