Training And Development Manager

Hi Team !
Right now I'm serving in a BPO as A process & Product Trainer . I want to become Training Manager , I'm Master in Computer science and looking forward as Trainer. Do you think ,I should go for any Certification , if yes then form where and how can I Grow in this area.
Need your valuable feedback.
